This is one of my bbs and she has had one of the worst customer service experience in both of our memories. Shame on you, Concrete Minerals! :C

I don’t even have the energy to type up the post on my blog. But cliff notes version is:

Ordered from Concrete Minerals August 1st. Still haven’t received anything. I live on the East Coast. They ship from Cali. It usually takes 3-4 days to arrive.

Took them a week to process and “ship.”

Package tracking kept saying it wasn’t able to locate. Was not processed.

I sent e-mails, they were ignored.

Finally, sent a message on their FB page. Immediate response.

Was told to inform them if the package did not get to me by Monday. Sent them e-mail….again ignored.

Go to FB again, leave message….No one responds at all. They haven’t even been online all day.

I just want a refund. Will update as soon as I get a response.

Please do not trust Concrete Minerals. You have been warned. :-(
