Found this old picture of my ‘ombre’ hair — I didn’t go to a salon for this, I just let my purple hair grow out for a year. Upkeep for ombre hair is really simple & common sense — treat the color treated parts with serum, hair masks, and try not to wash it as often so the color lasts. For your roots / natural hair portion, use dry shampoo in between washes so your hair doesn’t get too oily.  High-res
