Haven’t even tried the lipstick from this company yet but I’m already smitten with the customer service! I emailed the company letting them know about a tech problem their website was having, and they were absolutely lovely to talk to and even offered to send me samples for free to compare with the swatches online before I even purchased anything. Super stoked to try out the lipstick samples and order a few. I’ll let you know how everything goes but I just wanted to talk about how nice they were before I even reviewed their products.
