lovefest: tarina tarantino eye dream hyperliners

PD, we have a confession to make. We have completely fallen for the awesomeness that are the Tarina Tarantino Eye Dream Hyperliners (link). We’ve raved about them and their creamy consistency, Arabelle has used one of her liners in an awesome FOTD and I have hauled five of them in the past month and a half. We cannot tell you how much we love these, so hence, here’s a very mini review and a huge swatchfest to proclaim our love for these affordable, waterproof, gorgeously pigmented eyeliners.

Tommy Jet, Glamorous Thief, Kanzashi, Spark of Envy, Amethyst Android
For this mini review, I decided to make a list on why I liked these liners, since I do have quite oily lids, and a lot of pencil liners glide along my lids as if they are skating. ( -。-) With that said, my pros and cons -
Pros:
- The creamy consistency of the liners makes them easy to work with and to apply (Tommy Jet - the jet black color is quickly becoming my go-to pencil for tightlining)
- The pigmentation (as you will see in the swatches) are to die for
- The price point! Three (to four) dollars cheaper that UD 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencils for the same amount of product
- Paraben-free! …not really too important in my opinion but hey it’s a plus
- The fact that they are indeed, waterproof. Let me tell you all a story - I went to Sephora a while back because I had a coupon and decided to pick up two more liners at the time, and I swatched the two colors (Kanzashi and Glamorous Thief) on my hand. I forgot about it and left Sephora and proceeded to go grocery shopping, where I finally remember that I had swatches on my hand so I went to wash them off. …they wouldn’t come off. I was running my hand under warm water and scrubbing my hand…and they wouldn’t come off. MY FEELS tl;dr they’re actually waterproof surprising right
Cons:
- They are creamy. Hence, I have to sharpen them a lot more than other pencil liners in my collection
- There aren’t enough colors in the collection (…this is a moot point since it’s not really a complaint about the product I just love the formula so they should make ALL THE COLORS so I can collect them all. Like Pokemon.)
Overall Recommendation: Go buy them are you kidding both Arabelle and I love these and are in complete agreement. They are 15 dollars at Sephora buy them now what are you waiting for.
Without further ado, swatchfest!!!! Enjoy~
