my friend has a really dry face and hands. i reccomend lotion for her, but she says she doesn't need it!! what should i do?????

well if she says she doesn’t need it then she doesn’t want to be helped, does she? you can’t very well hold her down and smother her face with vaseline. leave her be and she can deal with it on her own terms.
